On the nose, it shows ripe raspberry, red cherry, and wild strawberry layered with hints of crushed violets, white pepper, and warm sandstone. The palate is vibrant and medium-bodied, with juicy red fruit, refined tannins, and a graceful minerality that comes from the elevated limestone and rocky clay soils. A touch of savory herbs and subtle spice carries through the long, elegant finish.
